Caring Mission Home Care, led by Director of Operations Karen Curry, is a Pennsylvania-based home care agency that faced persistent challenges recruiting reliable, long‑term caregivers and lowering hospital readmissions within 30 days of discharge. The agency also needed to modernize from a desktop system to a web-based platform to improve scheduling, documentation and family/caregiver communication.
