Amazon brings together 300+ Manchester colleagues with Clear

Amazon, the customer, faced the challenge of reconnecting colleagues from its Manchester office after a shift to flexible working, while also encouraging them to get outside and re-energize following the busy Amazon Prime week. They enlisted the vendor Clear to design and execute a team day with physical, mental, and creative challenges to foster teamwork and a competitive spirit.

The solution implemented by Clear involved creating an event for over 300 people featuring three main challenges: a Retro Sports Day, a mental Diamond Heist puzzle, and a creative pottery painting activity. Clear managed all aspects, including venue sourcing, branding, registration, and activity management. The result was a successful day that left attendees energized, motivated, and excited to take their new connections back to the office.
