Total Printing Systems (TPS) is a short-run to ultra short-run digital print shop in Newton, Illinois, serving publishers, universities, small presses and authors with print-on-demand, warehousing, inventory management and ship-on-demand fulfillment. Facing challenges around inventory visibility, inventory data tracking and customer payment tracking, TPS partnered with Clear Spider to ensure presses stay running by streamlining inventory and order processes.

Clear Spider deployed a main warehouse instance to log, track and report usage across inventory items and built a second instance to support TPS’s print-on-demand order fulfillment.
