Modus Corporation, a wireless service company that has deployed thousands of telecommunications facilities across the Western United States and is actively rolling out 5G in cities including San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, Austin and San Antonio, struggled with project tracking, inventory data reports and managing reorder points. To address these challenges, Modus engaged Clear Spider and its cloud-based inventory management system, including a customized mobile app and replan/replenishment capabilities, to gain better visibility and control over inventory.

Clear Spider deployed its mobile app, a Replan adaptor, kitting and kit production, tag/serial number tracking, and customized reporting to provide both macro and granular item visibility.
