Facing challenges in job-site material tracking, material requirement and destination reporting, and a need for a robust inventory management system, Granite Construction partnered with Clear Spider to deploy a flexible inventory and mobile scanning solution.

Clear Spider implemented its mobile app, warehouse management and custom integrations—including a GPS/location data adapter that creates a Google Maps link for finished sites, custom reporting, and SAP integration—so technicians can scan consumables as they are used and inspectors can tag project locations. As a result, Clear Spider enabled mobile inventory updates, a custom GPS data field with direct Google Maps links, Granite custom reports, and seamless SAP integration, improving real-time consumable tracking and location-tagged project records across jobs.
