Gold’s Gym, a global fitness chain with over 650 locations and more than 3 million members, needed a way to keep consumable stock levels accurate across sites by tying point-of-sale activity to inventory in real time. Clear Spider delivered an inventory-management solution that integrated with Gold’s existing Aphelion POS to capture sales and inventory movements and address challenges like real-time tracking, low-stock notifications, and consolidated reporting.

Clear Spider implemented Aphelion POS integration, min/max level alerts, cycle counting, inbound/outbound tracking, and in-system purchase-order creation. The result was automatic inventory updates and timely low-stock alerts that reduce the risk of stockouts, faster replenishment by creating POs directly in Clear Spider, improved inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and better data capture and auditability for analysis and reporting.
