Bassett Direct, a St. Joseph Communication company and one of Canada’s leading direct marketing and fulfillment providers, faced challenges with inventory visibility, order fulfillment, inventory item grouping and integrating new tools with their existing back-end systems. To address these issues they partnered with Clear Spider to implement a custom inventory and order management solution that would track stock, streamline pick-pack-ship workflows, and integrate with their internal systems.

Clear Spider delivered kitting, replenishment alerts, custom reporting (work order forms and matrix reports), and full integration with Bassett Direct’s back-end, including custom terms and naming conventions. The result: automated low‑stock notifications, generated and distributed matrix reports, simplified kitting for faster picking and maintained proper inventory levels—improving visibility and reducing manual reporting and fulfillment friction for Bassett Direct.
