Case Study: NSW Family Services achieves measurable collective impact and stronger service quality with Clear Impact, LLC

The New South Wales Family Services Inc uses Clear Impact Scorecard to support families under stress by coordinating dozens of partner organizations

NSW Family Services, which supports prevention, early intervention and crisis services for families across New South Wales, needed a way to aggregate outcomes across member agencies, share data with partners and funders, and demonstrate collective impact—particularly for programs like Brighter Futures. To address this, they partnered with Clear Impact, LLC to adopt Results-Based Accountability and implement the Clear Impact Scorecard.

Clear Impact, LLC deployed the Clear Impact Scorecard across the FamS network and for the Brighter Futures program, enabling shared scorecards, regional comparisons and joint action plans. As a result, NSW Family Services can now demonstrate to funders and partners that the children and families they serve are better off, share what’s working across regions, and sustain a culture of transparency and continuous quality improvement—strengthening their collective voice across NSW.
