Saint Paul College, a two-year community and technical college, engaged Clear Channel Outdoor to boost turnout for an early November open house aimed at prospective students for the 2010 school year. Clear Channel Outdoor deployed four high-profile bulletins and eight targeted posters from September to November 2009 to maximize reach. The campaign delivered measurable impact: attendance topped 800 people—more than 2.5 times the roughly 300 attendees expected—establishing Clear Channel Outdoor’s outdoor program as the backbone of the college’s successful open house effort.
