Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) is a service-based business specializing in basement and crawlspace waterproofing, foundation repair, mold remediation, and exterior drainage systems. To improve lead management, customer communication, sales management, and customer support, BWS turned to Clear C2 and its C2CRM platform, with a particular need to solve weak response rates from phone calls and emails.
