PSI, a leader in online education, partnered with CleanSlate Technology Group to migrate and modernize its infrastructure to AWS. The initial challenge was focused on cost savings, but evolved into a need for greater agility and scalability to adapt quickly in the digital education landscape, particularly during COVID-19, while reducing reliance on their traditional data center.

CleanSlate implemented a hybrid cloud solution using AWS EKS to orchestrate containers, set up CI/CD pipelines, and utilized automation tools like Jenkins. This modernized architecture accelerated deployment and improved system resilience. CleanSlate successfully migrated 21 workloads, enabling PSI to retire servers at a rate of 1-2 per week, eliminate network latencies, and improve overall response, allowing the company to focus more resources on its educational mission.
