Loyalty360, a loyalty marketing association with multiple high-traffic websites, needed to redevelop and maintain its sites while improving user experience, reporting, and registration features across loyalty360.org, loyalty360.expo.com, loyaltyexpo.com, and loyaltyexpo.eu. The company turned to Clavax for help with its existing Expression Engine-based platform, which was struggling with overloaded databases, bugs, unused libraries, and the need for better synchronization across sites.

Clavax cleaned up the codebase, optimized the dynamic databases, resolved Expression Engine issues, synchronized all five Loyalty360 websites, and added real-time analytics, reporting, and SEO improvements. As a result, the sites became more organized and seamless, page visibility increased from 53% to 93%, and page views rose to 527,506 in 2013 from 197,336 in 2012.
