LeadGen, part of Sam-media in the telecommunications industry, needed help managing and maintaining a rapidly growing leads database. The team was manually handling about 25,000 leads per day with seven resources, and faced performance, storage, and integration issues while passing data to other lead-tracking sites such as Ongage. Clavax was brought in as the technology partner to build a website and data-handling solution for this lead-generation workflow.
Clavax implemented a Big Data-based system using APIs, background jobs, Symfony PHP, MySQL, and Doctrine migration support to collect, store, and manage incoming leads from multiple sources. The solution improved traffic handling, stabilized data storage, and sped up posting to Ongage. As a result, LeadGen could manage around 11,000 daily hits more efficiently, and website response time improved significantly, with uploads processed in microseconds.
