Casa Mozambique needed a simple but engaging real estate website that would let brokers, agents, and sellers quickly list properties and manage content through an effective CMS. Since internet speeds in Mozambique are often slow, Clavax also had to ensure the site would remain functional and usable even on minimal bandwidth.

Clavax built a user-friendly web application with basic layouts, readable fonts, and light animations, and implemented separate desktop and mobile sites, image compression, caching, and optimized JavaScript/HTML for faster performance. Using technologies including Nginx, Laravel, PHP, jQuery, HTML5, and JavaScript, Clavax helped Casa Mozambique achieve strong adoption, with over 20,000 sessions from more than 11,100 visitors, including about 54% new sessions and 43% returning visitors over the last three months.
