Bookfari is an Australia-based online book marketplace with more than 24 million titles, about 6 million in stock, and over 25,000 transactions. When it partnered with Clavax, the company needed a robust CRM and marketplace upgrade to manage suppliers, reverse auctions, multi-currency sales, and secure online payments while preparing for expansion into new countries.

Clavax developed a back-end CRM and front-end marketplace using ASP.Net, SQL Server, and related tools, adding features such as wish lists, reverse auctions, warehouse and order management, supplier and wholesaler administration, and Amazon MWS integration. Clavax also strengthened security with tools like NTO Spider and Metasploit Pro, delivered multi-currency support, and continues to maintain and enhance the platform, helping Bookfari scale its operations and global growth plans.
