Classter All-in-One SIS Helps UCreativa Unify Education IT Infrastructure

UCreativa (The Creative University College, Costa Rica) is a private higher-education institution of 1,200 students across 8 schools offering design, technology and creative programs. Faced with a fragmented, legacy IT landscape, paper-based admissions and no applicant portal, UCreativa needed an SIS that could unify Admissions, Academics and Finance, support hybrid teaching during COVID-19, and integrate with Google Workspace/Classroom. After evaluating alternatives, the college selected Classter and its Classter All-in-One SIS for Higher Education.

Classter implemented a cloud-based, single source of truth (MS Azure) SIS delivering paperless admissions, unified academic management and reporting, out-of-the-box Google Workspace/Classroom integration for timetable-driven hybrid learning, and a student portal with built-in CRM. The result was a consolidated IT environment that streamlined admissions and registration, provided real-time mobile access to academic and financial data, reduced administrative overhead and operating costs, and made admissions and administration “much easier” for UCreativa’s 1,200 students and 220 faculty and staff — all delivered by Classter.
