Ali Public School and College (APSC), a K–12 network in Peshawar serving more than 450 students across three campuses, needed a reliable student information system to replace manual procedures, create a single source of truth for student data, streamline admissions, and provide cloud-based centralized storage. They selected Classter’s all-in-one SIS (Core, Academics & LMS, Academic CRM, Billing) with Office 365 integration to address these challenges.

Classter implemented a cloud-based SIS hosted on Microsoft Azure, enabling paperless online registrations, centralized student records, and a built-in Academic CRM for internal communication, mass messaging and event management. As a result, Ali Public School digitalized academic operations, removed inefficiencies in admissions and registration, improved stakeholder communication, and laid the foundations to expand and franchise its model while managing data for 450+ students across three campuses through Classter.
