Classter All-in-One SIS Helps AHF Grundschule Digitalize Academic Processes

AHF Grundschule, a state-recognized private primary school in Leipzig enrolling 160 students across two distinct curriculums ("Shule" and "Hort"), needed to remove friction and digitalize academic and back-office processes. After a five-year search for a single-source solution, CEO Steffen Schörner selected Classter and its Classter All-in-One SIS for K12 Schools to meet strict state data/consent requirements and provide a fully configurable, cloud-based platform with Office 365/MS Teams integration.

Classter implemented its All-in-One SIS to deliver paperless admissions, a unified student database across both curriculums, real-time attendance tracking, out-of-the-box MS Teams/Office 365 integration and COVID-ready cloud reporting to Saxony authorities. The Classter deployment eliminated manual Office 365 account creation, streamlined timetabling, attendance and grading, enabled hybrid learning, and allowed AHF to manage all 160 students from a single cloud system—improving administrative efficiency and helping the school operate effectively during the pandemic.
