Accel Academies of Congo, an education organization in Kinshasa serving learners from 3-year-old pre-schoolers to professionals, needed to replace an outdated custom system that could not support multi-location growth, enable online admissions without applicants’ physical presence, and give students real-time access to their academic performance. They selected Classter’s All‑in‑One SIS (using modules such as Core, Academics & LMS, Academic CRM, Admission, Single DB and Mobile App) to digitalize admissions and academic management.

Classter implemented a cloud-based SIS with rolling admissions for paperless online registration, centralized student data in a single database, and academic management tools for timetables and real-time performance reporting, with onboarding support to ensure a smooth migration.
