Youfit Health Clubs, a nationwide gym chain with 110 locations across 14 states, sought ways to reach a wider fitness audience and make the workout experience seamless from signup to sweat session. In July 2018 they partnered with ClassPass to give members more options, flexibility and personalization through ClassPass’s studio/reservation platform.

Working with ClassPass—initially as a small test that expanded nationally—Youfit integrated ClassPass’s booking technology and support, improving user experience and exposure. Since joining, Youfit logged 2.8k ClassPass reservations, 1.4k unique ClassPass users and $8.9k in incremental revenue, helping the chain expand its reach and drive measurable new business through the ClassPass partnership.
