Yihan Spa, a boutique Midtown East spa, needed to grow its clientele, increase revenue, and simplify appointment management while maintaining its personalized treatment experience. To meet those goals they partnered with ClassPass, using the ClassPass partner platform and dashboard (including the CalendarSync Google Calendar integration) to reach new customers and manage availability.

ClassPass delivered strong results: since joining in March 2018 Yihan Spa logged 7.6k ClassPass reservations, $542k in incremental revenue, and 4.9k unique ClassPass users, with many guests returning 6–7 times after their first visit. ClassPass’ dashboard and CalendarSync removed administrative burden, helped the owner use reviews to refine services, and supported the spa’s expansion to a second location.
