Cryofuel, a New York whole-body cryotherapy studio, faced low awareness and difficulty getting new customers to try cryotherapy. To broaden its audience and make treatments more approachable, Cryofuel joined ClassPass in January 2019 and used the ClassPass partner platform (integrated with their MindBody booking system) to drive trial and bookings.

ClassPass enabled seamless online bookings, customer management and data insights, helping Cryofuel reach new users and educate them about cryotherapy. In the first four months as a ClassPass partner Cryofuel recorded 681 ClassPass reservations from 552 unique users, generating $21.4k in incremental revenue, and reported increased daily traffic and broader customer reach thanks to ClassPass.
