CrossFit Outbreak, a multi-location CrossFit gym co-founded by Adam Sturm, faced the common challenge of bolstering slow classes and increasing exposure. In October 2016 they joined ClassPass as a studio partner to drive traffic, fill classes and reach new potential members.

By using the ClassPass platform to open additional days and times and offer foundational classes with prerequisites, CrossFit Outbreak attracted 1.4k unique ClassPass users, delivered 3,000 ClassPass reservations and generated $42.8k in incremental revenue since joining. ClassPass helped fill more classes, expand the gym’s community reach and support plans for more locations and greater schedule availability.
