Box + Flow, a NoHo, NY studio founded by Olivia Young that pairs high‑intensity boxing with flowing yoga, wanted more publicity and a broader, accessible client base but was initially concerned ClassPass might disrupt its financial model or dilute the brand. In February 2017 Box + Flow partnered with ClassPass and adopted ClassPass’s platform and SmartTools (including dynamic pricing and SmartSpot) while receiving support from a dedicated account management team.
ClassPass’s solution filled unused inventory and optimized pricing, driving clear results: since joining in 2017 Box + Flow logged 9.2k ClassPass reservations, generated $86.6k in incremental revenue, and attracted 2.5k unique ClassPass users, while increasing exposure, new students in class, and overall brand awareness.
