Pokeworks, a well-established restaurant franchise with seven NYC locations, wanted to broaden its reach and attract a health-conscious, wellness-minded customer base while increasing orders and revenue. By listing locations on ClassPass, Pokeworks saw measurable results in the first year: 6.5k total orders, $81k in incremental revenue, 2.8k unique ClassPass customers and an average of 2.3 monthly orders per customer. ClassPass’s platform helped drive those new customers and sales, and Pokeworks is planning to expand the partnership to more locations.
