ParkRoyal Hotels & Resort’s St. Gregory at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, a luxury wellness spa, wanted to deepen connections with local health- and wellness-focused customers and increase revenue. To reach that audience and better manage guest flow, the property partnered with ClassPass and joined its hotel/partner program to tap into the platform’s fitness and wellness community.

Using ClassPass’s partner platform, the hotel listed spa services, adjusted availability to drive traffic during slow periods and prioritize in-house guests, and leveraged member reviews for service improvements. Since partnering in 2019, ClassPass has driven 26k reservations from 8k unique users and generated $806k in incremental revenue (USD), while saving management time and shifting more customers toward wellness offerings.
