Year Two and Beyond - East Maine SD 63 Continues to Grow with ClassLink

East Maine School District 63, a PreK–12 district serving more than 3,500 students in Illinois, struggled with multiple passwords, time-consuming logins for younger students, and complicated proprietary rostering requirements that overwhelmed IT staff. The district needed a way to simplify access to digital resources and make better use of classroom time, and turned to ClassLink for support.

ClassLink implemented LaunchPad for single sign-on, Roster Server for secure roster delivery, Analytics for usage monitoring, and QuickCards for easier access for younger students, later adding OneSync to improve efficiency even further. The solution streamlined logins and rostering, reduced the burden on IT staff, increased adoption of digital tools, and helped administrators track usage across 157 connected apps so they could eliminate underused resources and save money.
