This District Saves Instructional Time and Promotes Bell-to-Bell Teaching with SSO

Laguna Beach Unified School District, a K–12 district in California serving 3,045 students across four schools, needed a faster way for students and teachers to access nearly 100 digital learning apps. With so many tools in use, finding the right app could take 30 seconds to a minute, and forgotten passwords were costing valuable instructional time. The district turned to ClassLink, using its LaunchPad single sign-on platform and Analytics.

ClassLink helped Laguna Beach USD create a centralized “Beachport” login so students, teachers, and staff could access digital resources with one username and password. The result was quicker daily sign-ins, fewer interruptions, and more bell-to-bell teaching time. ClassLink also provided usage reports to support purchasing and renewal decisions, while responsive support made it easy to add new apps without burdening district IT staff.
