North Penn Provides Consistent Digital Access for 13,000 students

North Penn School District, a K–12 district serving 13,000 students across 18 schools in southeastern Pennsylvania, needed a reliable way to provide consistent digital access for students and staff in in-person, hybrid, and virtual learning environments. With a 1:1 Chromebook program and more than 40 digital learning applications, the district turned to ClassLink for easier access to online resources, along with support for single sign-on, rostering, analytics, and file access.

ClassLink implemented a unified access platform using OneSync, Roster Server, Analytics, and My Files to give students and teachers one-login access across devices while automating rostering and providing usage data. The results included easier access to learning tools, fewer support issues, and better decision-making around software renewals; for example, analytics showed one app was only used by seven teachers and about 300 students, helping the district decide whether to add training or not renew the license.
