Newburgh Enlarged City Schools - Customer Case Study

Newburgh Enlarged City School District, a K–12 district serving more than 12,000 students across 13 schools, needed a more efficient way to manage rostering, data analytics, and application access as it expanded its 1:1 Chromebook program. With ClassLink’s Single Sign-On platform, including LaunchPad and Roster Server, the district wanted to reduce the time spent manually setting up new applications and give students and teachers reliable access to digital resources at school and at home.

By expanding its use of ClassLink, Newburgh Enlarged City School District automated rostering so IT staff could set up new applications within a day instead of up to a week. ClassLink also provided Quick Cards for younger students and usage analytics to guide technology investments, helping ensure students have operational technology from day one and allowing staff to focus on instruction rather than access and login issues.
