Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (GCISD) in Texas serves 14,000 students across 11 schools and was struggling with outdated systems, especially slow manual rostering that could take 45 to 90 days at the start of the school year. To improve efficiency and cut costs, the district evaluated single sign-on providers and turned to ClassLink, using products such as LaunchPad, Analytics, OneSync, and Roster Server.

ClassLink provided an easy-to-use SSO platform with strong support and additional tools that streamlined access for students, teachers, and staff. The district said this let them focus more on education than product management, and the added features are expected to save GCISD $25,000 per year while improving resource access and reducing IT workload.
