Janesville finds a partner in remote and personalized learning with ClassLink

The School District of Janesville serves 10,000 students in Wisconsin and was working to make learning more engaging through personalized digital resources. However, students had trouble managing too many logins, rostering was slow and manual, and e-textbook licenses were not always reclaimed when classes changed. The district partnered with ClassLink, using OneSync and Roster Server to help solve these access and provisioning challenges.

With ClassLink’s Roster Server connected to the student information system, class rosters stayed up to date and resources could be added or removed quickly in LaunchPad. OneSync automated account provisioning so students and staff could access digital tools right away, and the district could reclaim e-textbook licenses in real time when schedules changed. As a result, Janesville reduced delays, eliminated license waste, and gave every student easier access to resources from anywhere, supporting its 1:1 and personalized learning goals.
