How Bryan ISD Overcame Digital Access Issues Districtwide

Bryan Independent School District, a K–12 public school district in Bryan, Texas, struggled with time-consuming digital access and rostering issues that were costing students, teachers, parents, and board members valuable time. In 2018, users often couldn’t find resources or remember login details, while IT staff spent too much time managing rosters and spreadsheets. Bryan ISD worked with ClassLink, using products including RosterServer, OneSync, and MyFiles.

ClassLink implemented an education-focused single sign-on and rostering solution that gave students, staff, parents, and board members faster access to needed apps and files through LaunchPad and MyFiles, while automating rostering and provisioning with RosterServer and OneSync. The district reported major time savings, with the superintendent saying ClassLink saved her 90 percent of the time she used to spend hunting things down, and teachers could get students into critical resources within the first week of school instead of waiting on manual roster uploads.
