How a Michigan District Streamlined EdTech Access and Regained Instruction Time

Oxford Community Schools, a K–12 district in Michigan serving more than 7,000 students, needed a better way to manage digital learning access across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings. Before ClassLink, students and teachers spent significant instructional time juggling multiple logins and bookmarks for different apps and resources, creating extra work for families and support staff. Products used included OneSync and Roster Server.

ClassLink implemented single sign-on with LaunchPad as a central access point for digital resources, streamlining logins and improving identity and access management. The district saw faster access to applications, less time spent on logins, and a more consistent experience for all learners. ClassLink also improved rostering and integration with other applications, helping Oxford Community Schools manage students more effectively and restore instructional time.
