Green Bay Area Public Schools, the fourth-largest district in Wisconsin, serves 21,000 students and needed a secure way to support remote learning while keeping student data safe and controlling access to approved digital resources. With ClassLink’s SSO platform, the district could limit students to vetted apps that met its safety, privacy, and curriculum standards.

Using ClassLink’s OneSync provisioning, Roster Server, and Analytics, the district streamlined logins, automated rostering through SIS data, and gained insight into how digital tools were being used. ClassLink says the system helps Green Bay Area Public Schools save hundreds of hours each day, and the district’s technology leader said they could not imagine going back to life without it.
