Georgia District Delivers Seamless Access to Web Applications with Single Sign-On (SSO) Solution

Bibb County School District, a Georgia PreK–12 district serving 24,000 students and 3,400 staff across 38 sites, needed a better way to standardize application access, improve security, and make digital tools easier to use. With more resources going online, younger students in particular struggled with usernames and passwords, slowing instruction and frustrating teachers. The district turned to ClassLink, using its analytics-focused single sign-on solution to address these access and security challenges.

ClassLink implemented a centralized SSO rollout, starting with teachers and staff before expanding to students, and added ClassLink QuickCards for younger learners so they could log in with scannable QR codes instead of typing credentials. ClassLink Analytics also gave administrators insight into resource usage and after-hours access patterns. As a result, Bibb County School District improved login efficiency, increased classroom time for instruction, and gained better visibility into the value of its digital resources.
