Franklin Pierce Experiences Significant Gains in Efficiency and Usability

Franklin Pierce Schools, a PreK–12 district in Tacoma, Washington, serves 8,000 students and 1,200 staff across 18 sites. The district wanted to unify its growing set of digital learning tools, reduce login friction, and improve classroom efficiency. It turned to ClassLink, using LaunchPad, Analytics, Roster Server, and My Files to create a centralized solution for access and roster management.

ClassLink implemented a soft rollout of LaunchPad, branded as DORA, giving users single sign-on access to more than 60 applications, while My Files provided access to the school network and OneDrive from any device. QuickCard also helped younger students log in more easily, and Analytics gave leaders visibility into tool usage so they could make better decisions. As a result, Franklin Pierce Schools reduced barriers to access, saved instructional time, and improved device usage, with district leaders saying they “can’t live without” DORA.
