Faculty Now Have Instant Access to All Their Resources from Anywhere

Broadalbin-Perth Central Schools, a K–12 district in upstate New York, launched a 1:1 faculty laptop program without adding the devices to the school network. The district needed a centralized way for teachers to access web apps and cloud files, along with single sign-on to avoid multiple logins and reduce the need for new servers and software. The district used ClassLink LaunchPad to address these access challenges.

ClassLink provided a web-based SSO solution that let faculty access applications and network drives from anywhere without software installation or additional infrastructure. Setup for the entire district took less than an hour, and teachers gained seamless access to school-provided resources and shared drives from any location. The success of the rollout has also led Broadalbin-Perth Central Schools to consider expanding ClassLink to students in the future.
