A ClassLink Case Study
Joshua ISD, a Texas K–12 district serving 15,000 students across 76 square miles, struggled with disorganized access to digital resources that slowed classroom learning. Teachers and students spent too much time finding apps and logging in, and some educators were even managing passwords by hand, which added stress and reduced instructional time. The district used ClassLink LaunchPad and My Files to help address these access challenges.
ClassLink implemented a single sign-on platform that gave students and staff one secure place to access apps and files from school or home. With ClassLink, Joshua ISD reduced password frustration, saved teachers time, and made it easier to use multiple digital tools in a single lesson. The result was less stress for educators, more instructional time, and simpler access to the district’s growing set of online learning resources for 15,000 students and staff.
