ClassLink reduces the strain of remote learning for Northwest ISD with access, analytics, and rostering

Northwest Independent School District, a K–12 district in North Texas serving 25,000 students across 29 schools, needed a better way to manage access to digital learning tools and reduce the time its engineers spent on rostering. Before using ClassLink, setting up integrations and keeping resources available could take at least a week, creating extra work for staff during a period of growing digital demand and remote learning.

With ClassLink’s Analytics and Roster Server, Northwest ISD streamlined single sign-on and made rostering much faster, especially for resources using the OneRoster standard. The district said integrations that once took a week could now happen in a day, and ClassLink saved enough time that Northwest ISD did not need to hire a full-time systems engineer. The result was easier access for students, teachers, leaders, and parents, along with more efficient use of district technology staff.
