Charlotte County Public Schools - Customer Case Study

Charlotte County Public Schools, a PreK–12 district in Florida serving 16,500 students across 23 schools, was struggling to manage digital resource access and class rostering. Its IT team spent excessive time on roster data because more than 30 vendors required different formats and processes, and a last-minute SIS update created an even bigger manual workload. The district needed a scalable, automated solution, and it turned to ClassLink for LaunchPad and Roster Server.

ClassLink implemented single sign-on and rostering automation for Charlotte County Public Schools, with the district fully operational in just days. Roster management time dropped from about two hours a day to a two-minute review, while LaunchPad simplified access to digital resources and reduced manual work. The result was a major efficiency gain for CCPS, along with stronger support and more time for IT staff to focus on other priorities.
