Casper College, a public two-year institution in Wyoming serving nearly 4,000 students, was struggling with an outdated web portal that made single sign-on slow, cumbersome, and incompatible with many applications, including Google Apps. Students and faculty had to log in separately to multiple systems, creating frustration and reducing productivity.

ClassLink provided Casper College with an intuitive, low-cost SSO solution using LaunchPad and My Files, supporting more than 225 applications and giving users a single place to access tools like Google Apps, Moodle, and WebAdvisor. The college also added one-click access to FAFSA pages and student engagement resources. According to the case study, ClassLink cost about one-third as much as other solutions reviewed, while improving access to cloud and network files from any device and creating a better user experience.
