Cañon City School District - Customer Case Study

Cañon City School District, serving over 3,800 students across eight campuses in Colorado, faced login challenges during a 1:1 device rollout at McKinley Elementary. Students had to access more than nine digital programs each day, and the repeated sign-ins were slowing instruction, overwhelming younger learners, and taking teachers away from teaching. The district used ClassLink’s LaunchPad and OneSync to address the issue.

With ClassLink, McKinley Elementary piloted QuickCards with scannable QR codes for primary students and gave users one-click access to digital resources. The solution eliminated login barriers, helped students log in independently, and relieved teachers from managing credentials and troubleshooting access. As a result, instructional time increased, classroom frustration disappeared, and the school improved efficiency, engagement, and overall learning during its 1:1 initiative.
