Brevard Easily Delivers Learning Content to Over 80,000 Users with ClassLink

Brevard Public Schools, a large K–12 district in Florida serving 72,000 students across about 70 schools, faced growing challenges as it expanded its BYOD program. Teachers were losing instructional time helping students log in to digital tools, while administrators needed a better way to manage access to online curricula, assessments, e-textbooks, and network files across many devices. The district used ClassLink, including LaunchPad, Analytics, and My Files, to address these issues.

ClassLink implemented single sign-on access through ADFS/SAML authentication so students and staff could securely reach digital resources and files from any device at school or at home. The district also gained usage analytics to guide software renewals and training decisions. As a result, Brevard Public Schools reduced login-related disruptions, increased instructional time, and improved access to digital resources across the district, supporting over 80,000 users with a smoother learning experience.
