Andover Public School District Returns Instructional Time to Classrooms

Andover Public Schools, a 6,700-student PreK–12 district in Massachusetts, was working to support a 1:1 learning environment while improving access to digital resources, rostering, and staff workflows. After nearly two years of piloting Clever, the district found it needed a more secure, flexible, and efficient way to manage file access, reduce password issues, and simplify access to learning tools.

ClassLink provided the district with LaunchPad, Analytics, OneSync, Roster Server, and My Files to centralize access and streamline operations. With single sign-on, staff and students could access 84 applications with one click, roster updates became faster and more secure through OneRoster, and file access improved across devices. ClassLink also reduced password reset requests and gave administrators better visibility into usage, with the director of digital learning noting that people were even using ClassLink on weekends.
