Friends of South Pointe Elementary (FOSPE) is a Miami‑Dade parent foundation that runs dozens of afterschool enrichment classes—drama, sports, music, art and more—but had no software-based enrollment system. Coordinating roughly 100 classes, 40+ instructors and thousands of students was manual, time-consuming and hard to promote, relying largely on print and word‑of‑mouth.

Implementing ClassJuggler gave parents an online portal to find classes, check availability and pay, while staff gained billing tools for payment plans and scholarships plus quick family search and communication features. The result: a much shorter, simpler enrollment process, easier program promotion, smoother bookkeeping and better parent communication—so much so FOSPE calls ClassJuggler “the Facebook of our enrichment program.”
