East Paulding Middle School faced waning engagement with its traditional PBIS token system — "Raider Bucks" and a school store — as students and teachers stopped buying in. To re-energize schoolwide behavior supports, East Paulding adopted Classcraft, piloting the platform with eighth graders before moving to a full schoolwide PBIS implementation.

Classcraft’s game-based platform and data tools were rolled out in phases starting August 2019, helping staff track behaviors, build positive peer pressure, and increase buy‑in from students and teachers. After implementing Classcraft schoolwide, East Paulding saw an 85% drop in referrals in just one term and a measurable improvement in school climate.
