Improving and Expanding Online Learning With Class

St. Joseph’s University, a private university with a long history in online learning, faced the challenge of rapidly expanding its virtual programming to meet the demands of the COVID-19 pandemic while preserving its hallmark interactive and personal teaching style. They sought a better synchronous learning platform to enhance student engagement for their thousands of transitioning students and faculty.

The university implemented Class, a virtual classroom solution designed to augment web conferencing for education. The platform's features, instructors, interactive learning tools, and privacy controls, successfully enhanced interactivity and improved learner engagement. As a result, initially apprehensive faculty embraced virtual teaching and now desire to continue offering online and hybrid courses, allowing St. Joseph's to expand access and flexibility for its students with Class.
