Ysgol Cwm Brombil - Customer Case Study

Ysgol Cwm Brombil, a new 3–16 school of around 1,100 pupils, needed a simple, consistent way to manage pupil behaviour, improve teacher–parent communication, and keep students motivated. The school turned to Class Charts (part of EduKey), adopting the Class Charts software and app for electronic seating plans, behaviour tracking and a rewards scheme.

Class Charts delivered an integrated system—seating plans, behaviour data visible to staff, pupils and parents, a points-based rewards scheme and analytics—backed by prompt support from EduKey. Within three months pupils had earned 50,000 positive points (about 50 per pupil), over half of parents signed up to the app, and staff gained clearer behaviour tracking, improved communication and measurable increases in engagement thanks to Class Charts.
