Lipson Co-operative Academy needed a simple, reliable classroom system that gave teachers quick access to key student information, produced seating plans informed by student attributes, recorded and reported achievement and behaviour, communicated with parents and carers, and integrated with their MIS (SIMS). To meet these needs they turned to Class Charts (Edukey – Class Charts) as the vendor/product to address these challenges.

Class Charts delivered secure, rapid access to student data, attribute-driven seating plans and a parent/carer interface that shares student successes and alerts parents to concerns in real time; the admin and user interfaces proved intuitive after introductory training and the vendor’s sales and support have been strong. As a result, Lipson Co-operative Academy streamlined planning and communication, improved monitoring and reporting (including the secure capture and actioning of safeguarding intelligence), and expanded their use of Edukey tools—adding Provision Map Writer, Safeguard My School and School Robins—to strengthen interventions and whole-school support.
